Kitchen Elevation Pro

Refund Policy

When we refund a subscription payment, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Last updated: 14 August 2026

1. What this covers

1.1 This policy explains when we refund subscription payments for Kitchen Elevation Pro, Bathroom Elevation Pro and Golf Sim Elevation Pro, each operated by Rebate Driver (ABN 71 264 430 929).

1.2 The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This policy is about paid subscriptions.

2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law come first

2.1 Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

2.2 If there is a major failure with the service, you are entitled to:

2.3 If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time. If we do not fix it in a reasonable time, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your subscription.

2.4 These rights apply regardless of anything else in this policy.

3. What counts as a major failure

3.1 As a guide, a major failure would include:

3.2 As a guide, the following would not normally be a major failure, and we would expect to fix rather than refund:

3.3 These are examples only. Whether a failure is major depends on the circumstances, and clause 2 applies either way.

4. Cancelling is not the same as a refund

4.1 You can cancel any time. There is no lock-in and no minimum term.

4.2 When you cancel, your Pro access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for. Your account then reverts to the free plan.

4.3 We do not refund part-months when you cancel — you keep the access you paid for until it runs out. Clauses 2 and 5 are the exceptions.

4.4 Cancelling does not delete your saved drawings. They stay on your account and become available again if you resubscribe.

5. Other times we will refund

5.1 We will refund a payment, on request, where:

5.2 We may also refund at our discretion in other circumstances. Asking costs nothing.

6. How to request a refund

6.1 Email info@rebatedriver.com with:

6.2 We aim to respond within [5] business days, and to process approved refunds within [10] business days of approving them.

6.3 Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank — commonly 5 to 10 business days.

6.4 We bill and refund in US dollars, for the amount charged. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank's exchange rate on the day of the refund may differ from the rate on the day you paid, so the amount that lands back in your account may not exactly match what left it. Your bank may also have charged a foreign transaction fee, which it does not usually refund. Both are set by your bank, not by us.

6.5 If we cannot resolve a refund request to your satisfaction, you can contact Consumer Affairs Victoria, or the ACCC at accc.gov.au.

7. If this policy and our Terms of Service disagree

7.1 This policy is a plain-English summary of clause 8 of our Terms of Service at kitchen_elevation_terms.html.

7.2 If anything in this policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail — except that nothing in either document limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
